Your kitten leaves
healthy. We put that
in writing.
Every kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our care. Our health commitment does not end at the door.
What we guarantee
Four commitments every
kitten comes with
Full vet examination
Every kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian confirming good general health, appropriate weight, and freedom from visible illness before any transfer of ownership.
Vaccination record
Age-appropriate core vaccinations are administered and fully documented. You receive written records covering vaccination dates, deworming history, and parasite prevention protocol.
72-hour protection
We require a vet visit within 72 hours of receiving your kitten. If a pre-existing condition is found that was not in our documentation, contact us immediately for resolution.
Genetic health testing
Every breeding pair is tested for conditions prevalent in their breed before pairing. We stand behind every decision in our breeding program and share testing results openly.
After-placement support
We remain reachable after your kitten goes home. Questions about health, behavior, feeding, or adjustment during the first weeks — we know these cats and we answer.
Written documentation
Everything is in writing. Health records, vaccination schedules, breeding test results, and guarantee terms are physically handed to you or included with your kitten during delivery.
Full terms
What our guarantee
covers — and what it does not
The 72-hour examination requirement
Take your kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving it. If that examination reveals a pre-existing condition not disclosed in the health documentation provided at time of sale, contact us immediately. We will review the veterinary report and discuss resolution options, which may include a contribution toward treatment costs or, in serious cases, a replacement kitten if available and mutually agreed upon.
Genetic and hereditary conditions
If a genetic or hereditary condition appears after adoption that was not present in the health record at the time of sale, we will review the situation and determine the appropriate next step. We test all breeding pairs for the conditions most common to their breed, and we stand behind every breeding decision we make.
What is not covered
This guarantee does not cover conditions that develop after the 72-hour veterinary window, respiratory illness caused by new-environment stress (which is common and typically resolves without treatment), or issues arising from diet changes, handling, or environmental factors after the kitten has left our care.
Ongoing support beyond the guarantee
Our guarantee has defined terms, but our availability does not. We remain reachable for as long as you want guidance. Many families stay in touch for years. That relationship is one of the things that makes this work worth doing.
